I've been developing web sites since 1995 and programming since 1978. In my corporate days I designed computer chips at Intel and marketed high-tech software at Mentor Graphics.

Here's the process we use to communicate:
- Requirements analysis - what do you need, who are you reaching, what experience do visitors want?
- Proposal - written agreement of what I can provide to you listed in priority.
- Implementation - each feature in the proposal is built and tested, you provide final approval.
- Delivery and training - the pages, scripts and databases are all installed and tested along with written documentation. You are trained in how to use and update your new site.

- Javascript - scripts for your web browser to check form data
- PHP - scripts for the web server to create dynamic pages
- MySQL - database for your pages and business
- Google Analytics - feedback on visitors to your site, popular pages
- Flash - creating animations and special effects
- Content Management System -update your own page content with an open source tool like WordPress or Joomla, or even a custom CMS.
